The gist
The store opened in time for the Red Poppy Festival in Georgetown, owner Gregory Sharp said in an email to Community Impact. Sharp said he’s planning for a grand opening at a later date.
The gallery includes original artwork created by American artist Vera Neumann, along with scarves, local art and boutique items, according to previous Community Impact reporting. The Vara Gallery also looks to provide art-focused events and custom framing services.
