Family Care Center is slated to open a new clinic in Georgetown in late September, depending on the permitting timeline, a representative with the company said.

The company provides mental and behavioral health treatment services, including therapy, counseling and medication management. The psychiatric clinics also offer transcranial magnetic stimulation, a noninvasive technique that stimulates the brain to treat anxiety, depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Family Care Center recently opened clinics in Pflugerville, Cedar Park and Central Austin, and has locations in Colorado, Tennessee and Florida.
