Georgetown Parks and Recreation will offer children's camps during the Thanksgiving holiday break. Pricing and schedules vary for each program.

Participants can select from three camps:

  • Camp Goodwater: offered Nov. 19, 20 and 21 from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. for children ages 5-11. The camp includes activities such as gym games, trips to local parks and seasonal arts and crafts. Daily fees are $35 for Georgetown residents and $45 for nonresidents.

  • Junior Tennis Academy: offered Nov. 19, 20 and 21 from 9-11 a.m. for children ages 7-18. Camps for ages 7-10 focus on tennis stroke development and building skills to reach higher levels of play. Camps for ages 11-18 focus on learning, consolidating and perfecting the basics of the game. Daily fees are $20 for residents and $25 for nonresidents.

  • Adventure Camp: offered on Nov. 19 and 20 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. for children ages 11-14. The camp offers outdoor adventure activities and challenges. Daily fees are $45 for Georgetown residents and $55 for nonresidents.
