From Fox 7 Weather Chief Meteorologist Scott Fisher: Scott Fisher

After a cooler than normal day on Wednesday, Central Texans can look forward to a warmer than normal Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Normal high temperatures are in the upper 60s this time of the season, but this upcoming weekend the area is looking at mid-to-upper 70s to near 80 degrees.

High pressure will rule overhead, and that means residents can expect lots and lots of sunshine.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!
