Moe’s Southwest Grill, 4025 S. RR 620, Ste. 200, Bee Cave, is set to open Jan. 25 in the Hill Country Galleria area, next to the IBC Bank at the corner of RR 620 and West Hwy. 71.

“The [Lake Travis] community is close-knit and tight,” said Catering Manager Matt Evans of the company’s draw to the western Travis County area.

The fast-casual franchise restaurant features Southwestern fare, including burritos and burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, salads and nachos. Its menu offers 30 ingredients that can be combined into a meal, such as grass-fed sirloin steak, chicken and tofu.

The opening will benefit the Lake Travis Education Foundation, with profits accumulated from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. on Jan. 25 donated to the nonprofit organization that supports Lake Travis ISD, Evans said.

The restaurant has one Austin-area site in Cedar Park and is planning to open in the Westlake area as well, he said.
