If all goes according to plan, construction on the Paddocks at Bee Creek, 4900 Bee Creek Road, Spicewood, will begin in November, Retail Solutions leasing agent Jonathan Tjahja said.

The commercial project—planned to include three buildings—will add retail, restaurant and office space to the area, he said.

“We have [lease] offers on the table for all three buildings,” Tjahja said.

Construction is set to start on Building C, a 5,433-square-foot space, followed by either Building B or Building A that are just under 10,000 square feet each, Tjahja said. One building may include a drive-thru restaurant, he said.

The project is located adjacent to Lake Travis Middle School off West Hwy. 71.
