U.S. Census data released last week shows that Cedar Park was the fifth fastest-growing city in Texas behind Conroe, Frisco, McKinney and Georgetown.
2. CEO of Pedernales Electric Cooperative resigned last week
John Hewa resigned from his position as chief executive officer of Pedernales Electric Cooperative last week. Tracy Golden, the cooperative’s chief financial officer, will fulfill the duties of chief executive officer until an interim chief executive officer is selected.
