The custom-built food trailer represents the company's first permanent Central Austin location, with its four other brick-and-mortar restaurants based in the Arboretum, Sunset Valley, Cedar Park and Round Rock. Mighty Fine spokesperson Allyson Young said Mighty Fine is excited to find a new home inside what it called a family-friendly food trailer park. "Our intensely loyal fans will have loads of free parking, lighted outdoor seating and air-conditioned rest rooms," Young said in a statement. "And the location right at the front door to Zilker Park is perfect." Despite the smaller kitchen, which was made using stainless steel inside a recycled shipping container, much of the Mighty Fine menu can be found at the new location, including The Beast burger, crinkle fries, Texas-style onion rings and hand-dipped milkshakes, according to a news release. Other tenants at The Picnic include Turf 'N Surf Po'Boy, Hey...You Gonna Eat or What?, The Mighty Cone, Daily Juice, Hey Cupcake!, Kebabalicious and Brunch Haus.
