LEstelle L'Estelle Kitchen House & Yard is slated to open in July on Rainey Street.[/caption] Plans are in the works for a French-style bistro with a southern twist to open in July on Rainey Street. L'Estelle House Kitchen & Yard hosted some pop-up events during the South by Southwest Music and Media Conference, and the eatery will be permanently available to patrons later this summer. The business will open at a tiny house at 88 1/2 Rainey St., Ste. A, and share a yard with Drafting Room, which is where L'Estelle patrons can order beer or wine on tap to pair with their meal. All seating for the restaurant is outside. The menu will feature items, including a unique take on the classic croque monsieur sandwich, said Hayley Swindell, the restaurant's creative director and event coordinator. There are future plans for L'Estelle House Kitchen & Yard to host cooking classes and wine tastings, but those plans have not been finalized, Swindell said.
