Rodney Henry, a former contestant on "Food Network Star," will expand his Dangerously Delicious Pies operation to Austin by mid- to late September at the Lost Well, 2421 Webberville Road.

Dangerously Delicious Pies announced the planned expansion via Facebook on July 16. A company employee at Henry's flagship store in Baltimore confirmed the plans to expand in Austin.

Each pie is made from scratch with no preservatives or additives, according to the Dangerously Delicious Pies website. The menu in Baltimore includes savory pies such as steak chili and spicy chicken cilantro, sweet pies such as sweet potato pie and salted caramel, and various flavors of quiche.

Locations in Baltimore, Detroit and Washington D.C. will continue serving Henry's pies, which have gained acclaim through his multiple appearances on the Food Network, including stints on "Food Network Star," Chopped" and "Throwdown with Bobby Flay."
