Filing for a place on the ballot in the Nov. 8 election ended this week. In the city of Sunset Valley, voters will elect a mayor and three council members as well as vote on whether to implement a new sales tax increase. On applications filed with the city, candidates specified information including their occupations as well as the length of their continuous residence in the territory of Sunset Valley. Mayor
