SAN LEANNA–The village of San Leanna will hold a public hearing on its proposed fiscal year 2015-16 budget Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. as part of its regular board of aldermen meeting.

San Leanna, which has 220 homes, plans to maintain its property tax rate of $0.2498 per $100 of taxable value. One budget change is funding to resurface Circle Drive from FM 1626 to River Oaks Drive, Village Administrator Kathleen Lessing said.

“Our budget is healthier than it’s ever been because we’ve saved a lot of money for that road project,” she said.

The meeting will take place at the community center, 11906 Sleepy Hollow Road, in Manchaca.
