During its July 7 meeting, Sunset Valley City Council unanimously voted to approve a final site plan and permits for The Barn at Brodie Lane.

Dennis and Anita Dunn plan to open a pub and multivendor food operation at 6218 Brodie Lane and 3505 Country White Lane.

“After five years of back and forth with [the city], we were relieved that we were able to meet all the requirements as outlined in the land development codes,” Anita Dunn said in an email.

The business aims to build the parking lot and install the pub’s septic system soon, she said.
