Land donated for station

On March 6, Cedar Park City Council accepted the dedication of land at New Hope Drive and Cottonwood Trail. Cedar Park Health System L.P. donated the 2.4-acre site for the construction of a new city fire station. Council members said the city hoped to find property in the northern part of the city for that purpose. A new fire station would be the city's fifth.
