Casero, a business that specializes in charcuterie and cheese boards, opened June 2 in the Mueller neighborhood at 2100 Robert Browning St., Austin, in the space that formerly housed the East Austin Culinary Studio.
This is the first permanent brick-and-mortar space for Casero, founded by Jackie Letelier in 2019. Co-owner Emily Stengel came on board in 2020. Casero is offering curbside pickup and delivery Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and according to a press release, will expand upon those hours in future phases. 512-655-3102. www.caseroaustin.com
