Health-conscious food truck Ziki is opening a new location on 2120 S. Lamar Blvd., Austin, in early March.
The new South Lamar truck will mark Ziki’s eighth location, and they are expecting to have 10 by the end of first quarter.
The Greek and Mexican fusion restaurant has a menu featuring a Greek twist on quesadillas, burritos, bowls and salads. A Ziki rep said its most popular dishes include the Feta Fig SmashBurger, slow-roasted honey pork bowl, and the Ziki Bite, a small snack with a blend of cheese and spinach. Everything on Ziki’s menu is made using local ingredients and without any seed oils, vegetable oils or soy.
Ziki is led by founder and CEO Nick Nanakos, who is of Greek origin himself. www.ziki.kitchen
