After five years of operating as a pop-up, KG BBQ opened its first permanent trailer Oct. 1 at Oddwood Brewing. Owned by Cairo native Kareem Elghayesh, KG BBQ has many Egyptian influences on its menu, including the brisket rice bowl topped with tahini, pomegranate seeds and candied nuts.
