Taco Cabana on MLK closes Citing underperformance, Fiesta Restaurant Group, which owns Taco Cabana, closed the West Campus location July 10. Red Room Lounge abruptly closes Red Room Lounge, a downtown wine bar and venue that opened in 2012, closed July 18. Founder Alex Andrawes said in a Facebook post that the bar, 306 E. Third St., Ste. A, Austin, closed to make room for his personalized wine company Personal Wine.
