Services will be reduced to a Sunday-level service on Christmas Day, Sunday, Dec. 25, and New Year’s Day, Sunday, Jan. 1. There will be no MetroRail, Pickup, UT Shuttle, Night Owl, E-Bus or MetroExpress service.
On Christmas Eve, Saturday, Dec. 24, CapMetro will operate at normal Saturday-level service.
CapMetro will offer extended MetroRail service and regular bus service on New Year’s Eve, Saturday, Dec. 31. Rides will be free after 5 p.m. on all services. Bus service will end at 11:30 p.m., and MetroRail will run late until 2:30 a.m.
