Elevate Fitness offers strength and cardio training, physical therapy, stretching sessions, personal training and group training. The fitness gym is run by husband and wife, Cody and Carolyn Luttrell.
Cody, who is the head coach and owner of the gym, is also a physical therapist.
The gym has a complimentary kid zone separate from the gym floor designed for children of all ages, which features swings, seating, toys and activities.
