PJ's Coffee of New Orleans will open a shop in Leander in late 2022 or early 2023.

The coffee shop will have a variety of coffee, espresso, frozen and blended drinks, tea, smoothies and other drinks. PJ's Coffee also has a food menu of pastries, breakfast sandwiches, beignets and lunch sandwiches.

PJ's Coffee will open in the Shops at Hero Way at 11500 Hero Way West, Leander. www.pjscoffee.com
