Hill Country Card Club, a Cedar Park poker room, opened May 18. Robert Rough, the club's director of operations, said the poker room is limited to 25% occupancy now but will increase to 50% occupancy June 5. Rough said this is the only card club in Cedar Park and Leander. The poker room is located in the RailYard Shopping Center at 601 E.
