Caballo Ranch, 78641

Located near the border of Cedar Park and Leander, Caballo Ranch is in close proximity to shopping, recreation and entertainment options, medical providers and the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park. The neighborhood was built out in 2018.

A number of developers built houses in Caballo Ranch, including Buffington Homes, Giddens Homes, Scott Felder Homes, Jimmy Jacobs Homes, M/I Homes, Treaty Oaks and Village Builders. Caballo Ranch is nestled behind commercial development off Ronald Reagan Boulevard. Homes in Caballo Ranch are zoned for Akin Elementary School, Stiles Middle School and Vista Ridge High School in Leander ISD.


Community amenities include catch-and-release fishing ponds, walking trails, a pool, a park and playground, a soccer field, and tennis and basketball courts. Additionally, the neighborhood is bordered by Block House and Brushy creeks, which provide residents access to additional hiking and running trails.

Bryson, 78641


Bryson, a single-family home community in Leander, is located near a variety of shopping centers, including Northline, 1890 Ranch and The Parke. Construction on the community began in 2015 and is still ongoing.

Builders in the Bryson community include Brookfield Residential, Chesmar Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes and Tri Pointe Homes, among others. The homes are built in a variety of styles, which can be described as Craftsman to Hill Country Contemporary. Homes range from 1,300-4,300 square feet and have values from $400,000-$1 million.

Bryson is billed as a lifestyle community with a plethora of on-site amenities and a dedicated activity director putting together community events. The Backyard Amenity Center at Bryson includes an open-air bar, a TV lounge, a pool, a fire pit, a playground, a catch-and-release fishing pond, a river splash pad and an event lawn.

The Bryson development is home to Leander ISD’s newest elementary school, North Elementary School, which is anticipated to open for the 2022-23 school year. Other schools homes are zoned for in Bryson include Jim Plain Elementary School, Danielson Middle School and Glenn High School.
