Crystal Springs, a single-family residential development in Leander, has access to community amenities, a city park, and proximity to nearby restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood’s developer, Century Communities, is in the last phase of home construction with final opportunities for new home sales. Crystal Springs is located off East Crystal Falls Parkway.

Here are three highlights of the Leander community.

1. Home features

Crystal Springs includes three sections of new construction homes. The Coves, The Falls and The Lakes offer a variety of single-family floor plans ranging from two to six bedrooms. Homes are craftsman-style with one-story and two-story floor plans with traditional and contemporary finishes.

2. Neighborhood amenities

Community amenities include a pool, a splash pad, open spaces, a grilling area, a lounge area and sidewalks. Crystal Springs residents also have direct access to Leander’s newest park—Lakewood Park. The 125-acre park has a recreation lawn, picnic areas, an off-leash dog park, a nature trail, lakeside pavilions, a fishing pier, a skate park, kayak rentals, basketball and volleyball courts, and other park amenities. Lakewood Park is also home for city events such as the annual Liberty Fest on July 4.

3. Location

The Leander development is situated between 183A Toll and Ronald Reagan Boulevard with commercial development around the Crystal Falls entrance. Residents have a short driving distance to nearby shopping, entertainment and dining areas such as 1890 Ranch, H-E-B Center, Cold Springs Marketplace and The Parke.
