The public is invited to watch the ceremonies take place at the Williamson County Courthouse, located at 710 S. Main Street, starting at 2 p.m. The event will take place in the District Courtroom for those who wish to attend in person. The county will also have a livestream available on the Williamson County Facebook page.
Following the ceremonies, the Williamson County Commissioners Court will meet at 3 p.m.
“We have to approve the bonds for election officials, but also I have promised the auditor’s office that we would approve bill pay,” County Judge Bill Gravell said.
The Commissioners Court will not meet Jan. 3.
