The retail development has two buildings with a total of 11 units—two restaurant units and nine retail units—and 97 parking spaces. The shopping center will have 15,509 square feet of retail space and 3,004 square feet of restaurant space.
Classified as a condo retail space, tenants will be able to own their space rather than rent, Neerja Kwatra, vice president of Asterra Properties—the project’s real estate firm—said.
Confirmed tenants include a day spa, and other prospects include a boutique, a dance academy, a gym and a pizza shop.
With several developments across the Austin area, Texas Sparks Construction chose Cedar Park because of its fast growth, Kwatra said.
“The main reason we picked Cedar Park was because it’s the fastest-growing suburb in Austin,” she said.
Construction is expected to be completed in April.
