The agreement will provide a $4.5 million jobs incentive, up to $150,000 in public infrastructure reimbursements and property tax rebates. In return, the company will build a 200,000-square-foot headquarters with 1,000 full-time employees by 2033.

At the March 10 meeting, council members agreed that the additional 20-foot buffer would not be necessary and did not require the applicant to include the extra buffer.
