A new multifamily complex has completed its first construction phase and is now leasing, according to a Nov. 16 release from Rosewood Property Co. and Trinsic Residential Group. Construction on the Northwest Austin development is expected to be complete in April.

Aura Avery Ranch, a 339-unit complex, has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units at the intersection of 183A Toll and Avery Ranch Boulevard. Rents will range from $1,300 to $2,400.

Community amenities will include a clubhouse, a fitness center, a pool, a dog park, a deck with gas grills, a yoga lawn, a hammock lawn and an outdoor fireplace.

The development is across from the under-construction Dell Children's Medical Center on Avery Ranch Boulevard.

“North Austin is a growing and exciting area, making Aura Avery Ranch a great choice for people wanting a new and well-thought-out home in an area of Austin convenient to everything," said Rick Perdue, the president of Rosewood Property Co., in the release.

Aura Avery Ranch is located at 13100 Avery Ranch Blvd., Austin. 512-312-7567. www.auraaveryranch.com
