78726 in Austin saw the largest increase in home sale prices in the region, with a 26.62% uptick over last year, while 78717 in Williamson County saw the biggest decline, dropping 16.16%.
78726 also saw the largest decline in number of days on the market, dropping 31.58% from an average of 95 days to an average of 65 days.
Homes in the $300,000-$499,000 range continued to be the most popular.
