The Peached Tortilla, an Austin-based fusion restaurant in its 14th year of business, opened a new location in Cedar Park on March 26.

The menu has a mix of new Asian and Southwestern-inspired dishes not found at other locations, such as the Wok Fried Garlic Eggplant served with a black bean sauce and the Nashville Hot Chicken Buns, a Nashville hot chicken sandwich using bao buns.

Located within the new Arrow Point shopping center, the spot features nearly 5,000 square feet of dining space, including a full-service bar and outdoor patio.

“Opening our Cedar Park location is a huge milestone for The Peached Tortilla family,” founder Eric Silverstein said. “With our curated menu and uniquely designed space in Arrow Point, we’re proud to introduce a concept that honors our roots and embraces new additions. We can’t wait to finally serve our modern Asian dishes to Cedar Park and bring an Austin classic to the bustling area.”
