Specializing in New Orleans-style snowballs, Fairy Freeze opened its first food truck at 12333 N. RM 620, Austin, in late August.

Owners Angie and Josh Skrobarczyk said they strive to make sure their treats are made with the softest shaved ice and most whimsical toppings—along with a little of bit of magic to people of all ages.

Fairy Freeze offers sugar- and dye-free, all-natural syrups in classic flavors with various flavor combinations available. Customers can also order toppings for their shaved ice, including candies, coconut flakes and more.

"Planned around the family dinner table and put together in the front yard of our house here in Northwest Austin, we are truly family driven," the Skrobarczyks said on their website.
