Owned by Christian Mattson, Wagyu on Wheels has moved back to the Fieldhouse at The Crossover. The food truck, which has been in operation for seven years, was previously located at the Fieldhouse from February 2022-February 2023, but left when the Fieldhouse decided to move its food service in house. The wagyu beef for the five staple burgers Mattson offers is locally sourced. Other menu items include a rotating featured burger each week, chicken and non-meat options, sidewinder fries and salads.
