A new community of single-family homes has opened for residents of Leander.

The details

Woodland Estates, a new development project from Toll Brothers, Inc., opened in Leander in May. The community features single-family homes on one-acre plots, and is located at 2340 Greatwood Trail.

“This community provides an unparalleled combination of sophisticated home designs, top-tier personalization options, and convenient access to outdoor recreation, shopping, dining, and more,” said Brandon Cooper, Division President for Toll Brothers in Austin, in a news release.

Homes in Woodland Estates feature 4-5 bedrooms, up to 4-car garages and a variety of architectural styles, which can be customized. Sale prices start in the upper $900,000 range.
