The Monarch at Cedar Park unveiled its newly renovated facility featuring assisted living spaces Dec. 5.

The overview

The senior living facility completed $1.2 million in renovations to begin offering an assisted living program alongside its memory care services. The renovations included 30 suites for assisted living, a theater, dining room, event space, bistro, art studio, full-service salon, walking trail and covered pavilion.

Additionally, the facility has implemented greater memory care programming focusing on residents' abilities instead of their disabilities, said Kristin Ward, co-CEO of AgeWell Solvere Living.

What else?

As a small facility, The Monarch at Cedar Park aims to provide residents with personalized, boutique care, Ward said.

Assisted living services start at $4,375 per month while memory care services start at $6,500 per month.
