PamCakes Bakery opened its first storefront location in far Northwest Austin Nov. 16.

The bakery offers a variety of pastries such as custom cakes, cupcakes, homemade cookies and cookie kits, cinnamon rolls, scones, banana bread and more.

Owner Pamela Wooten operated the business out of her home for over a decade as a "cottage bakery" prior to opening the storefront.
