The business took over the Bittersweet Galaxy Coffee trailer in the former Pink Flamingo Plant Co. parking lot, which closed in September.
The menu features drip coffee, lattes, Americanos, cappuccinos, cold brew, chai, matcha, tea and lemonade. Non-dairy milk and flavored syrup add-ons are also available.
Owner Amar Bhuta said the business sources its coffee beans from small and medium owned farms around the world and roasts them in south Austin.
The mobile cart service is still available for private events.
