Einstein Bros. Bagels is slated to open this winter in Southbrook Station, a developing retail and dining strip center in Leander.

The shop offers a variety of bagels, egg sandwiches, and breakfast and lunch options as well as beverages such as coffee and shakes. A company representative said the brand's new Maplehouse Sandwich will be offered at the Leander location as a special menu item.

Einstein Bros. Bagels has several locations throughout the state, including one in Cedar Park.
