Taylor Morrison opened a sales office in March for Founders Ridge, located at 150 Osage Court in Dripping Springs. Michael Lindeman, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison, said the company wanted to expand its presence in the Dripping Springs area with open-concept floor plans starting in the low $300,000s range.
“The real key for us is being at an affordable price point on wooded homesites," he said. "A lot of the area offers up acreage, so we’re an alternative to the acreage homesites, more conducive to families who are looking for maybe their first home."
