Bon Bon Macarons, a bakery located at 3401 S. Lamar Blvd., Ste. 3128, opens Dec. 30.
Owner Jade Browne said at its new storefront, the business will only sell macaron cookies.
"I'm really excited and nervous at the same time," she said. "I don't really know what to expect, but I know I have a lot of followers."
The local business also sells its macarons at a local farmers market and can prepare large orders for special events, Browne said.
The store will be open 10:30 a.m.–9 p.m. Tue.–Fri. Flavors will change daily, with options including almond, double chocolate, peppermint bark, strawberry, coconut, pistachio, raspberry and blueberry.
Browne said the store will be looking to hire a cashier and another pastry chef sometime in the coming months.
