Redbud Roasters

In March, Redbud Roasters announced plans to open a brick-and-mortar location in San Marcos. Those plans were put on hold in April, but owner Austin Van Zant said he and his wife, co-owner Mary Van Zant, are still open to the idea of moving their coffee trailer to a brick-and-mortar location in 2014.

"We're still keeping our eyes open for different locations and trying to figure out something that works for us," Van Zant said. "For now the food trailer is open, and we're very happy with how that's going."

The coffee enthusiasts can also be found at various farmers markets in Hays County selling coffee and pastries.
