The donation will aid in the hiring of new advocacy staff and training. The $10,000 will also aid medical services for victims of abuse and neglect.
Carlos Liriano, dealer principal of Lost Pines Toyota, presented the donation to the Children’s Advocacy Center at the center’s annual Holiday Happy Hour and Open House on Dec. 7.

The Children’s Advocacy Center has served the community for over 30 years. The Advocacy Center aims to reduce the trauma experienced by the victims and provide support in Bastrop, Lee and Fayette counties.
“Supporters like Carlos Liriano, and Lost Pines Toyota, are integral to our mission’s success, and this significant donation propels us forward with energy and enthusiasm for 2024,” said Meagan Webb, executive director at the Children’s Advocacy Center, in a news release. “Their ongoing support empowers the CAC [Children’s Advocacy Center] to make a real difference in the lives of children and families facing adversity.”
