Witches and ghouls filled the streets downtown for Bastrop's Boo Bash event on Oct. 31. Local businesses lined the streets with booths offering attendees candy and games.

A trunk-or-treat event took place in front of the Bastrop Public Library. A photo op station and balloon artists were also present. The Calvary Episcopal Church opened its doors, offering children the chance to ring the church bell.

The festivities will return to downtown for the Lost Pines Christmas Festival and Parade on Dec. 9.
