Samba Reggae Drum & Dance

Gabriela and Solomon Masala will offer another session of Move It Community Jam, featuring drumming and dancing at the Bastrop Recreation Center. According to the website, the evening’s music will be inspired by both reggae and samba to develop a unique rhythm. No registration is required prior to the event.Community Gardens Pumpkin Patch

In its sixth year, the team behind the Community Gardens pumpkin patch promises this year will be bigger and better than ever. Those attending can peruse the patch; take a train ride; and participate in children’s activities such as a bounce house, a playscape and pumpkin painting. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Stand-up comedy night

Comedian Lando Shepard will headline a show at Film Alley Bastrop. According to Film Alley’s website, Shepard brings his background as a single father with three years of sobriety to the stage. Opening for Shepard is fellow comedian and musician Hari Rao, who dissects his 45 years of life experience on the stage.Sunday Brunch Market


Stem & Stone in partnership with Texas Homegrown Markets will host a Sunday Brunch Market at the restaurant. Those attending can browse local vendors and imbibe from the Stem & Stone beer- and wine-tasting tent in addition to participating in a free jewelry raffle and taking photos at the fall scene display.Live music at The Grace Miller

Originally from Bastrop, Envy of Them All is an American bluegrass and folk rock band. The musicians will play for three hours at Gracie’s—a locally owned and -operated comfort food restaurant in downtown Bastrop.
