Project: Streets are being repaved along the primary sections of Farm, Linden and Water streets in Bastrop, including:
- Farm Street from Main Street to Wilson Street and from Main Street to Pecan Street
- Water Street from Chestnut Street to Gutierrez Street, from Cedar Street to north of Elm Street, and from Cedar Street to Chestnut Street
- Linden Street from Carter Street to Pecan Street and from Pecan Street to Hill Street
Update: Water Street was completed in February.

Hwy. 71 and Tucker Hill Lane intersection improvementsProject: A signalized intersection at Tucker Hill Lane is being converted into a grade-separated overpass with one-way frontage roads.
Update: A groundbreaking ceremony was held Oct. 28.

Old Iron Bridge rehabilitationProject: The city of Bastrop is rehabilitating the Old Iron Bridge to include a concrete deck, steel truss components, railing and decorative lights.
