Firehouse Subs coming to Bastrop’s Burleson Crossing

Firehouse Subs is expanding to Bastrop with a location slated for the Burleson Crossing shopping center.

The project

The 1,500-square-foot construction, estimated to cost $300,000, is planned to begin in mid-August with a completion date of early November, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Firehouse Subs, founded in Jacksonville, Fla., in 1994, offers a variety of hot sandwiches and sides, such as salads, soups, and macaroni and cheese.
