The clinic, which moved from its Lago Vista location to Cedar Park, offers a variety of medical services. Beyond primary care and physicals, the clinic provides services such as IV therapy, allergy testing, hormone optimization, medical weight loss and peptide therapy. The clinic accepts most major insurance plans and also has several locations in the Austin area, including Westlake and Bastrop.
Precious Chinese BBQ
A fast-casual Cantonese restaurant, the concept features a signature specialty known as siu mei, or Hong Kong barbecue. Meats such as duck and pork are seasoned with spices and “meticulously” roasted, according to the company’s website. The restaurant also serves traditional Chaoshan braised specialties, including braised duck and pork trotters, prepared using a signature braising technique in which meats are glazed and slow-simmered in an aromatic brine made with brown sugar, salt, soybean paste and more than a dozen spices, such as galangal and star anise, resulting in tender, flavorful dishes.
Southern Steer Butcher
The store offers a range of artisanal cuts of meat, including poultry and pork, alongside a variety of prepared sides, appetizers and desserts. Shoppers can also find a selection of seasonings, salts, rubs, jams, salsas and marinades. The butcher shop is expected to open sometime this summer, according to a representative of the company.
BSE Studio
The new luxury brows, skin and aesthetics salon opened in Leander along the Cedar Park border Aug. 1, owner Alyssa Woodward said. The team behind the salon aims to bring high-end beauty and aesthetic services to the local community. The services available at BSE Studio include permanent makeup, customized facials and advanced skincare, brow services, lash services, full-body waxing, and medical aesthetic services provided by a licensed nurse practitioner.
Duff's Famous Wings
Duff’s offers both traditional and boneless wings, which come with a variety of buffalo and speciality sauces. The restaurant also sells handheld foods, such as its smash burgers, sandwiches and salad wraps, as well as a host of starters. Appetizers include mozzarella sticks, cauliflower bites, onion rings, french fries, pretzel sticks, pizza logs and more.
VeraBank
VeraBank expanded its presence in Texas this June by launching its 42nd branch, which serves as its second full-service site in Austin. VeraBank offers personal and business banking, as well as wealth management services. The new location on Avery Ranch Boulevard also provides 24/7 access through online and mobile banking. Established in 1930, the institution operates across 20 Texas counties and has other locations in Georgetown, Round Rock and Leander.

Dave’s Hot Chicken
The spicy fried chicken restaurant will open a new location in Cedar Park, serving fried chicken tenders and sandwiches, french fries, fried mozzarella, and milkshakes. The restaurant is the chain’s second in the Austin metro and one of hundreds around the world.
SafeSplash Swim School
The business will offer swimming and water safety lessons year-round and feature heated indoor pools, co-owner Arpit Shah said. Shah noted certified experts would lead the lessons, which are open to students of all ages. Shah and Chirag Dhruv are both co-owners of the business. SafeSwim has multiple locations in the Austin area, including Round Rock and another one coming to Leander.
VIP Furbabies
Pet resort VIP Furbabies will offer pet daycare, boarding and a spa for dog and cat grooming services. The business will offer a new parent special, which will include a month of unlimited daycare for $99, according to Community Impact's previous reporting.
Westlake Dermatology
Westlake Dermatology will open a new location in Leander near the Cedar Park border, Director of Marketing Karen Friedman said. The new clinic will be located in the Leander Union development along Crystal Falls Parkway. The location will offer comprehensive medical and aesthetic dermatology care, the company’s website states. Services include Botox, dermal fillers, advanced laser treatments, chemical peels and more.
DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen
The remodeling company is coming to Cedar Park later this year, franchise owner Stephanie Morgan said. It will focus primarily on bathroom and kitchen remodeling, but will work on other rooms as well. It will offer full-service remodeling, promising “clear communication, dependable timelines and beautiful results.”

Hopdoddy Burger Bar
Austin-based restaurant Hopdoddy Burger Bar has been acquired by Founders Table Restaurant Group, a New York-based restaurant group. Hopdoddy CEO Jeff Chandler will transition to an advisory role. Hopdoddy Vice President of Operations Kenny Jett will assume the role of president. Hopdoddy was founded in Austin in 2010 and has 47 locations today across the Austin metro, including Cedar Park.
