Ashton Woods Homes has expanded into Bastrop by opening new model homes for a development called The Colony located at 119 Coleto Trail.

The development will be located less than a mile from Colony Oaks Elementary School with Ashton Woods Homes contributing 90 homes to a 4,000-home community. The Austin-based builder will offer 25 single-family home plans to choose from ranging from 1,589 to 2,904-square-feet with prices will starting at $334,000, according to a news release.

Amenities of the development include the Prairie Vista Community Pool, Pickleball, Trails and Greenbelt Dog Park, according to the Ashton Woods Homes website.
