Participating businesses will have balloons out front and are primarily located down LBJ Drive between Martin Luther King Drive and University Drive with some additional businesses off Hopkins Street participating. The event will feature safety tips, activities and exhibits as well as live music, a Halloween photo booth and free emergency “go bags” for the first 250 San Marcos resident guests.
