Tomball Memorial High School students and staff will begin the week of Feb. 22 virtually as a result of sustained infrastructure damage due to the winter storm earlier this week.
Oakcrest Intermediate School, Northpointe Intermediate School, Willow Wood Junior High School and Wildwood Elementary School also underwent pipe- and water-related damages due to the storm; however, according to a Feb. 18 tweet from Tomball ISD, the damages have been addressed, and these students will be resume in-person instruction early next week.
We want to thank our TISD maintenance crews for working around the clock to address pipe & water issues @ OIS, NIS, WWJH & WES. Although we originally felt earlier today these campuses wouldn’t be able to start F2F instruction Monday, we now feel more confident that we can. (1/2)
