<p>THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. The issuance of an amount not to exceed $465,688,326 of Magnolia Independent School District School Building Bonds for the purposes of designing, constructing, improving, updating, acquiring, and equipping school facilities including, but not limited to a new high school, two new elementary schools, and safety and security improvements, the purchase of necessary sites for school facilities, the purchase of new school buses and the levying of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the cost of any credit agreements executed in connection with the Bonds.</p>

<p>The reauthorization of the local sales and use tax in the City of Magnolia, Texas at the rate of one-fourth of one percent to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets. The tax expires on the fourth anniversary of the date of this election unless the imposition of the tax is reauthorized.</p>
